Well, well, well.  Look at what I found.  Look at this pictures and see how irritating these MMDA can be in this case.

We were on our way to SM North EDSA last saturday for grocery supplies.  Picture this: It took us 40 minutes, from the North EDSA MMDA bridge to the U-turn slot just to go to the other side, and eventually reach SM North.  Why? Because the MMDA blocked the first 2 U-turn slots.  The reason? I dunno.   To lessen the traffic? Heck no.  Lookie these.

And THIS guy, enjoying his time while using his cellphone at the first U-turn slot.   Instead of managing the traffic (notice in the first pic, a third-laner truck is making a U-turn!), he does this.  I guess this is where our tax goes huh


Think its over? Look at these 2 MMDAs.  Instead of going where the traffic is, they go where they are less needed.
